Which conditions apply
Air transportation arranged through Volaire Travel & Logistics LLC is performed by the operating carrier identified for your booking. The applicable Conditions of Carriage describe that carrier's carriage requirements and responsibilities, which may include passenger and baggage rules, cargo acceptance, dangerous goods, delays, liability and claims. These conditions vary by carrier, route and service.
Volaire Travel & Logistics LLC is the Charterer in its contracts with operating carriers. Customers are not parties to those operator-facing contracts. Volaire’s separate customer agreement defines the arrangements Volaire undertakes for the Customer; the operating carrier retains operational control. Contract labels do not override duties or rights imposed by applicable law.
This notice explains how documents fit together. It is not a substitute for the actual carrier Conditions of Carriage, a customer service agreement, a cargo air waybill or a flight-specific confirmation.
Documents supplied for your booking
Before you commit, Volaire will identify and supply the applicable carrier conditions by attachment or an accessible link to an identified version, together with the relevant booking-specific restrictions. The customer agreement will identify which provisions apply to the Customer and travelers or shipment. You may request a copy at contact@volairetravel.com.
Volaire's separate agreement with the Operator governs their relationship, including Volaire's obligations as Charterer. That agreement does not automatically make the Customer a party or transfer every Volaire obligation to the Customer. Any customer obligation must have a valid basis in the accepted customer agreement or applicable law. Confidential operator pricing need not be disclosed merely to provide the applicable carriage conditions.
Consistency and priority
Mandatory law and applicable international conventions prevail. For the relationship between Volaire and the Customer, the accepted booking-specific customer agreement controls over Volaire's general website Terms on matters it expressly addresses. Applicable carrier conditions govern carriage to the extent validly incorporated or otherwise applicable by law. They do not excuse Volaire from its own promises or nonwaivable duties.
If documents appear inconsistent, ask for written clarification before accepting the booking. The relevant priority and responsibilities must be settled in the customer agreement; a website notice cannot amend a separate operator contract. Later changes will be communicated and handled under the agreed change process and applicable law, rather than silently changing an accepted booking.
Passenger and private jet carriage
Check reporting times, identification and entry documents, baggage dimensions and weight, prohibited items, assistance requirements, pet or service-animal arrangements, and rules for minors. Aircraft loading and safety decisions remain with the Operator and pilot in command. Request assistance early where possible; a notice request does not remove rights that cannot lawfully depend on advance notice.
Cargo carriage
Check cargo acceptance, packing and documentation, dangerous goods, screening, customs, storage, declared-value options, liability limits, notice requirements and claim deadlines. A charter agreement, air waybill and carrier conditions serve different purposes and may all apply. No universal liability amount per kilogram is promised by this notice.
Disruptions and remedies
Read the booking's cancellation schedule and our Cancellation, Refund & Disruption Policy alongside the carrier conditions. Safety decisions and force majeure can affect performance without automatically eliminating refund or other mandatory rights. Report a disruption or claim promptly through the channels specified in the applicable documents.
